Annoucing the Orange Island & Koinup Photo Sessions

Meet us, Wednesday 6th of August, on Orange Island at 12.00 pm SLT for the first Photo Session co-hosted by Orange Island and Koinup. We will focus on the works of Bella March and Monroe Snook.

On Friday 27th of June, we announced the winning works of the Orange Island Photo Contest on Koinup.

From beginners to experts, we found in Koinup a community of users who share the same passion but with different profiles. Indeed, some very talented artists deserve to be awarded and there are many new members of the SL photo community who wish to learn from these great artists. So, we decided to partner once again with Koinup and create the “Orange Island & Koinup Photo Sessions”. Our unique goal here is to help sharing knowledge of photography in SL.

During the next months, the Photo Sessions will  take different shapes:
- Panels about crucial points of SL photography
- Classes provided by mentors: Photoshop, RL photo laws, Windlight, Balls & Poses, Studios….
- Focus on major artists: background, special tricks, exhibition and upcoming projects.
- Show (your work) & Tell (us the story behind it): open to everybody, this event is aimed at helping promising artists share their recent work.

For our first session, what more natural than inviting two of the winners of the Orange Island & Koinup Photo Contest. On next Wednesday,  Monroe and Bella will open this series of events. It will be a great moment to meet two of the most talented artists on Koinup. They will:
- answer our questions about their SL Photo history
- tell us the story behind their work
- and teach us a few special tricks
